No Institution can survive for a long period if there is no co-operation and integration among its three basic units i.e. management, the staff and students. The basic aim of the management is to provide facilities which can required by the staff and students so that they can achieve their objectives. The staff's aim remains to make optimum use of these facilities to give the best education all the staff members are performing their duties exceptionally well.
